As a Student Services Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end student experience of our international student groups and individuals travelling to us. The role requires flexibility and at times will include weekend, evenings or Bank Holiday working and as and when emergencies may arise.

As a Student Services Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end student experience of our international student groups and individuals travelling to us. The role requires flexibility and at times will include weekend, evenings or Bank Holiday working and as and when emergencies may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for student arrivals and ensure all pre-arrival tasks are completed
- Conduct first-day inductions and verify student information.
- Monitor and act on student absences, maintaining accurate records for all activities and excursions.
- Take full responsibility for all student group bookings, from group confirmation on CLASS to departure. Ensure that services provided do not exceed quotes; striving to ensure maximum margins are achieved
- Confirming/invoicing/ETO liaison for all individual clients
- Arranging/booking all the services requested for individuals, including airport transfers, excursions, Airport Meet and Greets, travel cards, living allowance, etc.
- Out of office emergency cover is required on a rotational basis
- Assisting in Health & Safety operations at the Centre.
Skills & Experience:
- Administration experience is essential.
- Operation of inbound international groups
- Knowledge of ROI guidelines and compliance requirements
- Experience of working for an English school and for a tour operator
- People, Customer Service and systems management experience
