Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and dealing with patient queries efficiently
- Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using the practice system
- Handling prescription requests and liaising with pharmacies
- Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning documents
- Supporting patients with online services and appointment check-ins
- Ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection at all times

- No previous experience required—full training will be provided
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are preferred but not essential
