As an IAG Advisor, you’ll be the beacon of hope for many, working under the guidance of the Contracts Manager and alongside a dedicated regional team. Your role is pivotal in managing referrals for the CXK programme plus more, ensuring each client receives tailored support to reach their career and educational aspirations.

We Need:
  • Proven experience in delivering IAG to the unemployed.
  • A track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by long-term unemployed individuals.
  • A Level 3+ IAG Qualification (Level 4+ desirable).

Additional Information
Salary: up to £16,200.00 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Newhaven 
Contract:  Fixed Term – Part Time over 3 days per week 25.5 hours per week
Hours: 3 Days – Monday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 – 17:30
