Skills Coach – Health & Social Care level 2-5
Up to £35,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
Our ideal candidate will be based in the South East / Kent, although wider locations will be considered.
Permanent - Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

You will provide a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualification standards and offer an integrated programme of teaching, training, support, mentoring and the development of learners. You will coach learners within their workplace with the support of their line manager/mentor to ensure the timely achievement of their Apprenticeship.
Knowledge and experience of delivering level 5 Health & Social Care is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
- Deliver qualifications across a range of programme levels where occupationally competent, in accordance with quality processes and in line with the eTraining continuous Improvement strategy.
- Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality, compliance and financial targets.
- Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off-the-job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently, to regulatory requirements.
- Experience and knowledge of delivering Apprenticeship standards in particular level 5 Health & Social Care (E)
- Experience and knowledge of training and/or assessment delivery (E)
- Occupational experience within the industry of subject matter – up to and including managerial level (E)
- Experience in the delivery of Maths and English (E)
- Experience of teaching within Education establishments (E)
- Experience and knowledge of Government Funding streams (D)
- Experience of working/assessing within Health and Social Care environments such as Adult Care homes (D)
