As an Employment Coach you will support those referred to the Twin Restart Programme, offering motivational guidance to build strong, positive relationships. You will inspire, challenge, and encourage individuals in achieving their career goals.
Our ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, be target driven, and serve as a motivational advisor. You will demonstrate initiative, resilience, and the ability to solve problems independently while working under pressure.
Experience in an advisory or employability-focused role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and strive to exceed, personal performance targets.
- Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers using a variety of appropriate strategies to help them overcome barriers in gaining employment.
- Facilitate a range of assessments with everyone.
- Co-produce individual action plans using SMART targeting.
- Fully understand the local labour market, to source suitable vacancies.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- A good working knowledge of the local labour market.
- Experience supporting and coaching individuals to achieve their goals.
- Experienced within a target-driven environment.
Desirable Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge of the employability industry.
- Recruitment industry knowledge.
- Experience working with people in the provision of “Information, Advice and Guidance”
